Database WebWorks: a demonstration of database integration
THE FOLLOWING database integration demonstration is a mock-up of an actual intranet database system.
It is used internally by our client to track project financial information on a weekly basis. This information is available internally to all employees so that they can get an up-to-date picture of the financial status of projects they are working on.

ANOTHER DEMONSTRATION is a live discussion forum system. This is a working demonstration, and you are welcome to post messages and exercise the system.

Discussion Forum demonstration

The discussion forum system is available as a product for $500 and has the following features:

  1. Simple to use interface.
  2. Threaded discussions.
  3. Icons showing messages posted this week and today.
  4. Message poster can optionally receive a notification when the message has been responded to.
  5. Message search facility (optionally displayed)
  6. Forums may include an introductory paragraph.
  7. Forums show the last message posted date.
  8. Administration module:
    1. Easy creation of new forums.
    2. Customizable header, footer, page title, etc.
    3. Simply message deletion and editing.
    4. Optionally notify administrator when a new message is posted.
    5. Optionally notify a user-defined group of people whenever a new message is posted.
